Benefit
Students in basic livelihood recipient, single-parent and statutory near-poverty households and households at 50-80% of median income (criteria differ by city/province office of education) receive an after-school program free course voucher, education informatization costs (PC and internet), meal costs, and admission fees, tuition and school operation support fees for high schools not covered by free education. Items, amounts and income thresholds differ by city/province.

When to apply
Intensive application Mar 3-20, then year-round.
How to apply

Important notes
Support is based on the application date; applying at the start of the semester is recommended.
