Benefit: From March 2026, Grade 3 students who wish to join receive an after-school program voucher of KRW 500,000 per year (pilot in 6 city/province offices of education in March using simple payment and Zero Pay). The participation rate of Grade 3 students is targeted to rise from 42.4% in 2025 to 60% in 2026.
Who is eligible: Elementary Grade 3 students who wish to join (detailed criteria by city/province).
When to apply: Implemented from March; apply according to your city/province office of education's guidance.

Important notes: To be used within the school year; check with your office of education whether unused amounts carry over.
