For sole proprietors with annual sales of KRW 1.5 billion or less who have been faithfully repaying under bank debt restructuring (Sole Proprietor Loan 119 / Small Business Owner 119 Plus; 개인사업자대출119·소상공인119Plus) for 3 months or more (no sales requirement for young business owners aged 34 or under). Up to KRW 30,000,000 (one additional loan), interest rate set by each bank (within 6% per year) plus a guarantee fee of 0.5% per year, 5 years (1-year grace period + 4 years of equal principal repayment), no early repayment fee.
