Benefit
KRW 3,000,000 is supported first for 5 years from the account issue date, with up to KRW 2,000,000 more depending on counseling, income and employment type (KRW 5,000,000 in total). Self-payment is 0-55% depending on the job category's employment rate, Earned Income Tax Credit receipt, the type of Korea Unemployment Assistance participation, etc. Training incentive: for courses of 140 hours or more with 80% or higher attendance, KRW 5,800 per day for 5 or more hours (up to KRW 116,000 per month); self-employed people up to KRW 360,000 per month.

Important notes
Usable for 5 years from the account issue date. Course enrollment follows each course's recruitment period.
Note
Excluded: civil servants and school staff, people aged 75 or older, workers under 45 at large companies earning KRW 3,000,000 or more per month, etc. Only job seekers without a stable job get the training incentive.
