- For those who left their job on or after January 1, 2026: daily maximum KRW 68,100 and minimum KRW 66,048 (about KRW 1.98-2.04 million per month converted at 30 days). Benefit days (insured period under 1 year / 1-3 / 3-5 / 5-10 / 10+ years): under age 50: 120/150/180/210/240 days; age 50 or older and people with disabilities: 120/180/210/240/270 days. 7-day waiting period after eligibility is recognized, then unemployment recognition every 4 weeks. You cannot receive unemployment benefit and the Job-Seeking Promotion Allowance of Korea Unemployment Assistance (국민취업지원제도) Type I at the same time.
