2026: KRW 49,540 per day (60% of the minimum wage); in Stage 3 regions, employee members receive 60% of the average wage over the previous 3 months (minimum KRW 49,540 to maximum KRW 68,100). 7-day waiting period; applies when unable to work for 8 or more consecutive days. Up to 150 days. Ages 15 to under 65.

Apply during the pilot period. Check Ministry of Health and Welfare notices for the end date

Only for those living or working in pilot regions. Stage 2 (households at or below 120% of median income) and Stage 3 (no income limit). Stage 1 regions ended in December 2024. Transition to a full program is unconfirmed.
