Benefit
You can take part up to 3 times a year (up to 18 visits and 36 weeks of medication). Includes cessation medications (Chantix, bupropion, etc.) and nicotine aids. 20% out-of-pocket for visits 1-2; consultation fees and medication are free from visit 3; when all 6 counseling visits are completed, the out-of-pocket amount you paid is refunded. Medical Aid recipients and the bottom 20% in premiums are fully exempt.
