Housing and education benefit recipients can apply to up to 4 lines.
Who is eligible: Basic livelihood recipients and near-poverty group (near-poverty self-sufficiency, disability allowance, single parents, etc.) subscribers.
When to apply: Accepted anytime
How to apply: Carrier customer center (114) or 1523, administrative welfare center (행정복지센터), or online via Bokjiro (복지로) and Government24 (정부24).
