- Gyeonggi Minwon24 (경기민원24, gg24.gg.go.kr) or the community center (주민센터) where the birth was registered. At present, first check with Gyeonggi Province and your city/county whether applications are possible

- Applications through 2026-09-30. Households with births from October to December must check for additional provincial measures and city/county programs
- Note
- Regardless of income. The provincial program has ended for applications and births from 2026-10-01 onward, so support is unavailable (reported 2026-09). The Provincial Assembly is discussing with the executive branch how to close the gap for births from October to December, but nothing has been decided. City/county programs are separate: Siheung and Uiwang KRW 500,000; Seongnam up to KRW 500,000 with income criteria; Hwaseong is considering retroactive support for the 4th quarter; Pyeongtaek and Gwangju plan new programs in 2027, etc. (based on reports; confirm with your city/county).
