- Limit within KRW 600,000 per month, KRW 14,400,000 in total (2 years). General type: combined annual income of the couple of KRW 50,000,000 or less. Preferential type: Housing Benefit recipients, Earned Income Tax Credit recipients, job seekers and early-career workers (KRW 40,000,000 or less), etc. Net assets of KRW 345,000,000 or less, household head without a home. Interest 1.3% for the preferential type and 1.8% for the general type. Eligible homes: exclusive area of 85㎡ or less, deposit of KRW 100,000,000 or less and monthly rent of KRW 600,000 or less (nhuf).

- Household heads without a home who are monthly rent contract holders and have paid a deposit of at least 5%, with income of KRW 50,000,000 or less (preferential type separate)
