At the dedicated illegal private lending desk of the Inclusive Finance Integrated Support Center (서민금융통합지원센터), victims get consultation, evidence collection and reporting; if needed, the Financial Supervisory Service refers the case to the National Police Agency for investigation and personal protection, the Korea Legal Aid Corporation appoints a debtor representative and gives legal consultation, and illegal collection channels (phone numbers, social media, accounts) are blocked.
