- Income and vulnerable-group criteria apply (basic livelihood recipients and near-poverty group, single parents, persons with disabilities, multicultural families (median income 65% or below), teenage parents, multiple births (twins or more), median income (기준중위소득) 60% or below, etc.). Cannot be used at providers of the Maternal and Newborn Health Care service (no duplicate support). District/county postpartum care benefits are separate (for example, Jung-gu was reported to provide KRW 500,000 from 2026-01), so check your own district or county.
