- Registered as a resident and actually living in Incheon for at least 6 months as of the application date; no move into or out of another city/province until payment; birth registered in Incheon at the time of birth
- When to apply
- Apply from week 12 of pregnancy until within 3 months (90 days) after the birth
- How to apply
- Online via Government24 (정부24, Subsidy24 / 보조금24) or in person at the community service center (행정복지센터) of your registered address (pregnancy confirmation certificate, etc.). Signing up for the Incheon eum app (인천e음) is required

- Points must be used within 12 months of the payment date (they expire afterward). Where they can be used: Incheon eum taxis, fuel for private cars, and public transportation. Note: Incheon's Fiscal Budget Reform Task Force recommended on 2026-09-29 that the pregnant women's transportation benefit be abolished from 2027, but this has not been finalized. Those giving birth or applying in 2027 or later should check the city's announcements.
