- Who is eligible
- Father or mother of a newborn whose birth was registered in Sejong, who has been continuously registered and living in Sejong since 3 months before the birth date, or who has lived continuously in Sejong for at least 3 months including the birth date
- When to apply
- Apply for payment within 6 months after the birth registration; paid on the 25th of the month following the month of application
- How to apply
- Apply on Government24 (정부24) by searching 'Sejong City Birth Celebration Payment' (세종시 출산축하금), or visit the eup/myeon/dong office (integrated birth service application form, birth certificate and family relations certificate, ID)

- Within 6 months after the birth registration

- On Government24 (정부24), you must apply separately for the 'Sejong City Birth Celebration Payment' in addition to the 'Happy Birth Integrated Service' (행복출산 통합서비스); ticking the integrated service alone does not process this application. When registering the birth online, apply 2 to 3 days later.
