Short-term (5+ weeks): KRW 500,000 on completion. Mid-term (15-25 weeks): participation allowance of KRW 1.5 million + completion incentive of KRW 200,000. Long-term (25+ weeks): participation allowance of KRW 2.5 million + completion incentive of KRW 200,000 + employment incentive of KRW 300,000. Paid with attendance of 80% or more (up to about KRW 500,000 per month). Offers counseling, mentoring, confidence recovery and career exploration programs.

Ages 18-34, with no employment or education/training history in the last 6 months, a score of 21 or more out of 30 on the discouraged young job seeker questionnaire. Priority for youth leaving care, North Korean defectors, etc.

Important notes
Closes when the budget or quota runs out. Planned expansion to 'Youth Challenge and Growth Support' (청년도전성장지원) (67,000 people) in the 2027 budget proposal

Simultaneous participation with other employment support programs such as the National Employment Assistance Program (국민취업지원제도) may be restricted, so check with the operating organization. The allowance structure differs by type of operating organization.
