- Up to KRW 200,000 per month within actual rent paid, for up to 24 months (once per lifetime). Excludes lease deposits and maintenance fees. Youth household at or below 60% of median income (about KRW 1.539 million for 1 person), parents' household at or below 100%, assets at or below KRW 122 million for the young person and KRW 470 million for the parents' household. The housing subscription account enrollment requirement was removed in 2026. Those newly selected in 2026 are supported through December 2028. Residents of public rental housing and renters leasing from relatives are excluded. Check with your local government whether it can be combined with a local government youth monthly rent program.
