Benefit: Eligible: Korean nationals born 2006-01-01 to 2007-12-31. By address, KRW 150,000 for the Seoul metropolitan area (Seoul, Gyeonggi, Incheon) and KRW 200,000 for non-metropolitan areas. Used to buy performances, exhibitions, movies and books (Ticketlink, Melon Ticket, YES24, NOL, Megabox, CGV, Lotte Cinema, book retailers, etc.).
Who is eligible: Korean nationals born in 2006-2007 (ages 18-20).
When to apply: 1st round 2026-02-25 to 06-30 ended; additional issuance 2026-08-10 to 11-30 (first-come, first-served, ends early when the budget runs out)
How to apply: Apply with simple authentication on the Youth Culture and Arts Pass website (www.youthculturepass.or.kr)
Important notes: 2026-11-30 or until the budget runs out. Ages and amounts for 2027 will be announced separately
Note: 2026 additional issuance is first-come, first-served from the remaining first-half budget; those who already received and used up support in the first half are excluded from additional applications. Some local government programs are separate from the national program.
