Who is eligible
Homeless household heads. Combined annual income of spouses of KRW 50,000,000 or less (KRW 75,000,000 or less for newlyweds and multi-child households). Net assets of KRW 345,000,000 or less.
When to apply
At the time of a jeonse lease contract. Income criteria and limits are raised for newlywed households and households with 2 or more children.

Important notes
Check each bank's deadline, such as applying before the balance payment date on the lease contract.
Note
