(2) Specialized employment: job-change incentive up to KRW 1,000,000 (course completion 600,000 + length of service 400,000), National Employment Support linked allowance KRW 200,000 per month × 6 months (up to KRW 1,200,000). (3) Re-start commercialization: business diagnosis, courses, and commercialization funds up to KRW 20,000,000 in national funding (50% self-payment).

- Important notes
- Reported as not retroactive after demolition is completed (apply before demolition) — check the notice. The 2026 re-start commercialization recruitment may have closed.
- Note
- Linkage with the National Employment Support System was expanded from 2,000 to 3,000 people. If you complete Hope Return when applying for the New Start Fund (새출발기금), you get preferential principal reduction (up to 10%p, announced 2024.9). Scale: KRW 305.6 billion.
