Benefit
Deposit plus monthly rent (about 30% of market rate). 2-year contract with renewals, up to 50 years. Assets: total assets of KRW 345,000,000 or less and vehicle value of KRW 45,420,000 or less (2026).
Who is eligible
Household members who do not own a home. Priority 1: Livelihood or Medical Aid recipients, persons of national merit, North Korean defectors, people aged 65 or older with income at or below 70%, etc. Priority 2: monthly income at or below 50% of the urban worker average (70% for 1 person, 60% for 2 persons; 100% for people with disabilities).
