Benefit
After a home condition assessment, light, medium or major repair is supported. Limits (cycle): light repair KRW 5,900,000 (3 years), medium repair KRW 10,950,000 (5 years), major repair KRW 16,010,000 (7 years). Additional support, such as accessibility facilities for people with disabilities and those aged 65 or older and flood prevention facilities for semi-basement homes, is separate (check the notice for detailed amounts).

Important notes
Repairs are carried out according to the degree of deterioration after a housing survey (by LH). Re-application is restricted within the cycle.

Cumulative limit within the 7-year cycle. Renting households are eligible for the rental benefit. Same income and asset criteria (48% of median income).
