Benefit: For households with 2 or more minor children (under 19). The 20% discount for 3 or more children starts from Jul 28, 2026, and the 10% discount for 2 children from Aug 22, 2026 (applications begin in mid-August). Only Korea Expressway Corporation government-funded highways (private-capital highways excluded), on Saturdays, Sundays and public holidays, for Hi-Pass vehicles registered in advance. Limited for 3 years until Aug 21, 2029.
