Independence promotion allowance KRW 100,000 per month (when engaged in education, training or employment activities), learning costs such as for the high school equivalency exam up to KRW 1,540,000 per year, school supplies fee KRW 100,000 per year. The selection criterion for the Single-Parent Family Certificate is 72% or less of median income.
