- The Child Support Agency (양육비이행관리원) supports legal assistance for litigation to determine and claim child support, claim collection assistance, and procedures for sanctions (detention, driver's license suspension, travel bans, name disclosure, etc.). Available to both divorced and unmarried single parents, and is also a prerequisite for applying to the advance payment system.

- Support is based on child support claims for minor children. Check the scope of retroactive child support claims during consultation
