- Benefit
- A certain share of public sale housing construction (within 20% for newborn special supply) is allocated as special supply. Selection: income priority supply 70% (average monthly income at 100%, 120% or less for dual-income) -> general supply 20% (140%, 150% or less for dual-income) -> lottery 10%. From Mar. 31, 2025, 50% of New:Home general supply units are supplied first to households with newborns under age 2. The asset and income criteria for subscription for childbirth households are relaxed per child (10~20%p added).
- Who is eligible
- Homeless household members, subscription savings requirements (6 months elapsed since enrollment, 6 or more payments), and meeting income and asset criteria. Newborn requirement: a child under age 2 as of the announcement date (including pregnancy and adoption).
- When to apply
- Homeless household members with a child born within 2 years (including pregnancy and adoption) as of the resident recruitment announcement date. Apply at Applyhome (청약홈) / LH Subscription Plus (LH청약플러스) when each complex's recruitment is announced. Application is also possible during pregnancy with a pregnancy diagnosis, etc.
- How to apply
- Applyhome (청약홈, applyhome.co.kr) or LH Subscription Plus (LH청약플러스) (public sale announcements by complex). Check announcements on My Home Portal (마이홈포털).
- Important notes
- You must be within 2 years as of the announcement date, so only complexes announced within 2 years after childbirth are eligible.
- Note
- The monthly average income amount for urban workers is revised every year, so check the recruitment announcement. Separate subscription account requirements such as 6 months of enrollment and 6 or more payments of subscription savings. Even with a history of winning special supply, there is 1 additional chance to apply upon childbirth.
