- 50% premium reduction for employees on unpaid leave, 60-100% for childcare leave (varies by period), 50% reduction for employee members on islands and remote areas, when staying overseas for 3 months or more: exempt if no dependents and 50% if there are dependents, 30% reduction of the income-based monthly premium for workplace fire, bankruptcy, etc.
