- For seniors aged 65 or older who are basic livelihood recipients, near-poverty group or Basic Pension recipients and need care, such as those living alone, in grandparent-grandchild households or elderly couples. Intensive care group (ADL score below 75) 20-40 hours per month; general care group 8-16 hours per month; specialized (after hospital discharge, depression, risk of lonely death) up to 44 hours per month. Use for 1 year from the day after approval (renewable).
