Maximum monthly amount KRW 349,700 (+2.1% from the previous year). If both spouses receive it, each is reduced by 20% (KRW 279,760 per person). Recognized income = assessed income + income-converted value of assets. May be partly reduced when linked with the National Pension. The monthly amount varies with National Pension benefits and asset size, so only some people receive the maximum. Recipients of civil servant, private school, military and special post office pensions and their spouses are excluded.
