Benefit
(1) Even with a history of winning special supply (newlywed, newborn, multi-child, elderly parent support), you get 1 additional chance upon childbirth. (2) When applying for public housing, the income and asset requirements are raised by 10~20%p per child. (3) Higher share of newlywed and newborn priority supply, and newborn priority supply for public rental housing (5% of the total, priority allocation within 30% of reserve residents). (4) General supply point system: 5 points per dependent (0 persons 5 points, 6 or more persons 35 points). (5) Monthly recognized payment amount for the subscription account KRW 250,000 (Nov. 1, 2024), and spouse's account enrollment periods combined (up to 3 points).
