Mothers aged 19 or under (international age) as confirmed by the pregnancy confirmation certificate
When to apply
Apply if you are 19 or under on the pregnancy confirmation date stated on the pregnancy confirmation certificate. Use is possible after receiving the card until 2 years after the expected delivery date (unused amounts expire)
How to apply
Apply on the Social Service Electronic Voucher website (사회서비스 전자바우처 누리집, www.socialservice.or.kr), and mail the pregnancy confirmation certificate and resident registration certificate to the Korea Social Security Information Service (사회보장정보원) (tel. 1566-3232, press 4). You can also apply through Government24 (정부24) 'Mom-Friendly Pregnancy' (맘편한 임신), community service center (주민센터), or public health center (보건소). Inquiries: 129

You must be 19 or under on the pregnancy confirmation date, so you can apply if your pregnancy is confirmed before turning 20. Expires when the usage period ends

Provided in addition to the general pregnancy and childbirth medical expense voucher (KRW 1,000,000) (NHIS newsletter: KRW 1,200,000 provided separately upon consent; Ministry of Gender Equality and Family: up to KRW 1,200,000 additional per pregnancy).
