- Limit KRW 300 million for singles and KRW 400 million for newlyweds (LTV 70%, 80% for first-time buyers, 70% in the Seoul metropolitan area and regulated areas, DTI 60%). Interest 2.4-4.15% per year (by income). Repayment 10, 15, 20, 30 years; up to 40 years for annual income of KRW 40 million or less (0.1%p added). Preferential rate of 0.5-0.2%p per child upon childbirth.

- Young people aged 39 or younger at the time of winning a subscription who do not own a home, with income up to KRW 70 million for singles and KRW 100 million for newlyweds.
