Benefit
SEMAS direct loan exclusively for small business owners with mid-to-low credit (NCB score 839 or below). Prior completion of the credit management course at the Small Business Knowledge Academy (소상공인지식배움터, edu.sbiz.or.kr) is required. One year after the loan, if the credit score rises by 70 points or more or recovers to 840 or above, you can apply for a 0.5%p interest rate reduction. 2026 scale: KRW 700 billion (amended notice).

Important notes

Note
From April 2026, instead of first-come-first-served, a 'policy priority evaluation' (credit rating, benefit history, non-Seoul-metropolitan area, years in business) is used, with fixed 2-day application periods (4.20-21, 6.15-16, etc.). The limit is combined with balances of similar past funds.
