Eligible: household heads without a home living in jjokbang (tiny rooms), gosiwon (tiny cubicle lodgings), yeoinsuk (cheap lodging), vinyl greenhouses, homeless shelters, containers, etc. (or those in housing below the minimum housing standard living with a child under 18). For public rental, an interest-free deposit loan up to KRW 500,000 (limit); for private rental, a deposit loan up to KRW 100,000,000 (MyHome: 0% up to KRW 50,000,000, 1.2-1.8% on the excess). Public rental 2 years (up to 20 years), private 2 years (up to 10 years).
