Benefit: Higher refund rates apply to trips boarded at 5:30-6:30, 9:00-10:00, 16:00-17:00 and 19:00-20:00 (base rates 20/30/50/53.3%). Extended through the end of December (reported announcement by the Ministry of Land, Infrastructure and Transport); also reported to be included in the 2027 budget proposal.
