- 10% of private housing (85 m2 or less of exclusive area) construction is allocated as special supply. 3-stage selection: priority supply 50% (income at 130% or less of urban workers' average monthly income) -> general supply 20% (160% or less) -> lottery 30% (income exceeders, real estate assets of about KRW 331,000,000 or less).
- Who is eligible
- First-priority subscription account holders, homeless household members, a child under age 2 as of the announcement date (including pregnancy and adoption), and meeting income and asset criteria.
- When to apply
- Starting with complexes whose resident recruitment announcement is on or after June 15, 2026. Homeless household members with a child under age 2 (including fetus and adoption) as of the announcement date are eligible, and there is no marriage period requirement (7 years).
- How to apply
- Apply at Applyhome (청약홈, applyhome.co.kr) when each complex's recruitment is announced.
- Important notes
- For re-winning restrictions after winning, check the announcement. Only complexes announced while the child is under age 2 after birth are eligible.
