When to apply: Apply after an infertility diagnosis and before treatment
How to apply: Visit the public health center (보건소) with jurisdiction over your address, or apply online at Government24 (정부24) or e-Public Health Center (e보건소)
Important notes: Receive treatment at a designated medical institution after the support decision notice is issued
Note: The support amount per treatment depends on the Ministry of Health and Welfare standard (fresh embryo up to KRW 1,100,000, frozen embryo KRW 500,000, artificial insemination KRW 300,000) and the type of treatment. The abolition of per-treatment limits was confirmed in the Seoul City announcement (Mar. 25, 2026).
