Geoje and Tongyeong special disaster areas (declared 2026.8.21): fixed 1.4-1.5%, up to KRW 300,000,000, 10 years. Temporary business difficulty (sales down 15% or more from the previous period; exceptions to the sales decline requirement apply to businesses in employment-crisis areas, industry-crisis areas, commercial district revitalization zones, etc.): KRW 70,000,000, base rate (3rd quarter: 3.85%). Small business owners damaged by Homeplus: KRW 100,000,000, base rate - 0.5%p.
