- Basic livelihood recipients and near-poverty group among registered children with disabilities under 18. Severe (formerly grades 1, 2 and 3 with multiple disabilities): living/medical KRW 220,000, housing/education/near-poverty KRW 170,000, protective facility KRW 90,000. Mild (formerly grades 3-6): living/medical/housing/education/near-poverty KRW 110,000, protective facility KRW 30,000. Students aged 18-20 until the month of graduation.

- Registered children with disabilities under 18 (including students aged 18-20) who are basic livelihood recipients or in the near-poverty group
- When to apply
- Apply any time, deposited on the 20th of each month
- How to apply
- Community service center (주민센터) of your eup/myeon/dong or online at Bokjiro (복지로) → city/county/district investigation → decision. Applications can be made at any eup/myeon/dong nationwide. 129
- Important notes
- Reassessment is not required for mild applications but is for severe ones. Payment starts from the month of application, so apply promptly.
- Note
- Severe students aged 18-20 cannot receive this together with the Disability Pension (choose one). Applying under the severe category requires a disability reassessment (those newly registered after 2010.1 are exempt).
