- Voucher of KRW 180,000-260,000 per month for children with disabilities under 18 with median income (기준중위소득) of 180% or below (based on health insurance premiums: for a 4-person household, KRW 432,308 for employee-insured and KRW 404,529 for locally insured). Basic livelihood recipients KRW 260,000 (exempt), near-poverty group KRW 240,000 (self-payment KRW 20,000), median income 65%, 120% and 180% or below tiers KRW 220,000, 200,000 and 180,000 (self-payment KRW 40,000, 60,000 and 80,000; check details with your city/county/district). Choose from language, hearing, art, music, behavior, play, sensory and motor development rehabilitation.
- Who is eligible
- Registered children with disabilities under 18 under the income criterion (brain lesion, intellectual, autism, speech, hearing, visual). Children under 9 can be unregistered with a referral or doctor's opinion

- Apply any time (may be waitlisted depending on local government budget)
- How to apply
- The person or a relative applies at the community service center (주민센터) of the eup/myeon/dong of the child's address. Inquiries: 129 / https://www.bokjiro.go.kr
- Important notes
- Reassessed if income or assets change. Disability registration is mandatory for children aged 9 or over.
- Note
- Cannot be combined with the same type of special education therapy support. If enrolled in school, up to under age 20.
