Paid to basic livelihood recipients and the near-poverty group among registered persons with disabilities aged 18 or over who are not severely disabled persons eligible for the Disability Pension (formerly grades 3-6, etc.). Living and medical benefit recipients KRW 60,000, housing and education benefit recipients and near-poverty group KRW 60,000, protective facility residents (living and medical) KRW 30,000. Deposited on the 20th of each month.

Important notes
Persons with mild disabilities must undergo a disability severity reassessment (those assessed by the Service after 2007.4.1 and those aged 65 or over in the month of application are exempt).
Note
Excluded from the income calculation for basic livelihood security, so eligibility is maintained. A seizure-protected account can be opened.
