LH signs a jeonse (lump-sum deposit lease) contract with the landlord and re-leases the home. Support limit: KRW 130,000,000 in the Seoul metropolitan area, KRW 90,000,000 in metropolitan cities, KRW 70,000,000 elsewhere. Resident burden: rental deposit of 2% or 5% of the jeonse deposit, monthly rent of 1.2-2.2% per year of the support amount (lowest 1.0% with preference for vulnerable groups). Exclusive area of 85㎡ or less, 2 years plus 14 renewals (up to 30 years).

Important notes
You can move in only after LH signs the jeonse contract (finding a home and title review are needed). Check the announcement's application period.
Note
Priority 1 (recipients, single parents, etc.) gets relaxed limits on the number of renewals. Any jeonse deposit above the limit is self-paid. 2026 announcement of 4,500 units (May 21, 2026).
