When to apply
Report or seek counseling immediately if you are refused or treated unfavorably over maternity leave, parental leave, reduced working hours, etc. Do this in parallel so as not to miss the benefit application deadline (12 months after the leave ends).

Important notes
There is no official deadline for filing a report, but benefit applications have separate deadlines.
Note
In case of unfavorable treatment of workers, the Ministry of Employment and Labor conducts labor inspections. Anonymous reporting is possible (Maternity Protection Anonymous Report Center). Processing time is stated as within 3 days (within 10 days for complex cases).
