- Persons with physical, brain lesion, visual, hearing, heart, respiratory, speech, autism or intellectual disabilities who are recipients of living, medical, housing or education benefits or in the near-poverty group receive 46 items such as talking clocks, reading magnifiers, pressure-sore prevention products, walkers, bath chairs, ramps and electric beds, free of charge within the support amount.
