Applies to daily living support (activity support, residential facilities, assistive devices, daytime activities, emergency safety, integrated care for the most severely disabled) and mobility support. Apply at the eup/myeon/dong office → home visit assessment by the National Pension Service (국민연금공단) → benefit decision by the eup/myeon/dong.

- The activity support tier (1-15) is calculated by score. Priority admission to residential facilities requires a certain score or higher.
