- Training and employment support after counseling, vocational assessment and an Individual Action Plan (IAP). Stage 1 participation allowance KRW 150,000; Stage 2 training KRW 18,000 per day (up to KRW 284,000 per month, up to 24 months); Stage 3 job-retention allowance after employment: KRW 300,000 at 3 months, KRW 400,000 at 6 months and KRW 800,000 at 12 months. Those at 60% or less of median income receive a job-seeking promotion allowance of up to KRW 3,600,000 and an early employment success allowance of up to KRW 1,200,000.

- The total allowances are paid when the performance requirements are met. For those over age 69, participation is decided after an assessment.
