- Benefit
- Covers Foundation student loans (general repayment, income-contingent repayment, deferred loans, etc.) taken out before the first disability determination. If the borrower's recognized income is 90% or less of median income (기준중위소득), 30-90% of the remaining principal is forgiven depending on the severity of the disability and income. Forgiveness procedure: the forgiveness is applied after the unforgiven remaining debt is repaid in full.
