- A special transportation service equipped with wheelchair boarding facilities, etc. Eligible users are persons with severe walking disabilities (persons aged 65 or older may be added by local ordinance) and accompanying family members or caregivers (within the local jurisdiction). Operates nationwide 24 hours a day year-round (effective July 19, 2023); the service area has been extended to neighboring metropolitan cities and provinces, and the fare is within 2 times the local urban railway or city bus fare.

- Waiting times tend to be long in areas with a shortage of vehicles, so advance registration and reservation are recommended.
- Note
- Registration, fares and waiting times vary by region. In the 2027 budget proposal, the operating budget for special transportation services is to be greatly increased (a rise from KRW 541.0 billion to KRW 979.0 billion is being pursued; not yet finalized).
