- Benefit
- Registered persons with disabilities who are members of a household not owning a home (spouses are also included for persons with intellectual or mental disabilities and persons with severe brain lesion disabilities) are eligible for special supply of public sale and public rental housing with an exclusive area of 85㎡ or less, and priority supply of National Rental (국민임대), (long-term) jeonse (lump-sum deposit lease) rental and multi-household purchased rental housing. In multi-household purchased rental housing, ground-floor units are assigned first.
