- Registered persons with disabilities who own their home or live in rental housing receive support for bathroom modification, assistive handrails, lowering thresholds, adjusting sink height, access paths to the main entrance (paving the yard), ramp installation and more (up to KRW 3,800,000 per household).

- Registered persons with disabilities who own their home or live in rental housing and meet the requirements of the Enforcement Decree of the Act on Support for Housing-Vulnerable Persons such as Persons with Disabilities and the Elderly

- Year-round (until the local government budget runs out)

- Apply at the community service center (주민센터) of your eup/myeon/dong
- Important notes
- Applications may close early once the annual budget is exhausted. Do not start modification work before applying.
- Note
- Requirements under Article 7 of the Enforcement Decree of the Act on Support for Housing-Vulnerable Persons such as Persons with Disabilities and the Elderly must be met (check income and other criteria with your local government).
