ICT assistive devices: government 80%, self-payment 20%; low-income persons such as basic livelihood recipients and the near-poverty group (disability allowance recipients) receive an additional 50% support of the self-payment (video magnifiers, screen reader software, braille information terminals, special mice, etc.). TVs for persons with visual or hearing disabilities (closed captions, audio description, sign language) are distributed after selection.
